Where do you ship to?

We ship to several countries worldwide, however, please note this may change periodically depending on certain circumstances. To check if we deliver to your country, please fill out your delivery details at the checkout.

How long is delivery time?

Delivery time varies depending on which country we ship to, but normally delivery time is between 3-10 days. Please note that these times are only estimations, and orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as bank holidays in the delivery chain or stock shortages.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. The delivery fee to your country, will be visible after you have filled in your delivery details at the checkout. Please note that delivery rates are subject to any applicable taxes and can be subject to change. International orders may be subject to customs or duties fees.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Make sure to also check your junk mail folder, since e-mails can sometimes end up there.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, please write to us immediately on hello@makersjournals.com. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order before it has already been shipped, since our warehouse is very efficient at picking and packing.

I have not received an order confirmation.

If you placed an order with us but did not receive an order confirmation, it may be because an incorrect email address was provided. Contact us at hello@makersjournals.com to check whether we have an order registered for you, and to correct your e-mail address so that you can receive your order confirmation. Kindly contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

I entered the wrong delivery address.

Makers Journals are not responsible if a customer enters incorrect shipping information at the checkout. The customer may be liable for additional shipping fees if an order cannot be delivered as a result of incorrect delivery information.

How do I make a return?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of reception. All items must be returned in their original packaging in the same state they were received in. Returns and exchanges are processed at your own risk and expense and is to be handled by you. If you wish to return your order, please contact us by e-mail with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at hello@makersjournals.com before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you. Once we have received the return-items and checked that the state of the items lives up to our return requirements, we will credit the amount to the same card used for the purchase. 

My order arrived damaged.

Our products are packaged safely and we do all we can to protect against handling damages in the delivery process, but if a product (not the packaging) is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days with a photograph of the damage visible.

Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to the shipping company immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then contact us for return information. Makers Journals is not responsible for any items damaged during transportation.
